Pam Diggs is CEO and Co-founder of Renewed Pathways, LLC and has more than 15 years of experience in public health policy, program development, and implementation with a focus on health equity. Pam has served in several key director and program manager roles providing health equity leadership, team management and development, and measures of success across programs and performance standards. She is passionate about having crucial conversations and creating spaces that help assure conditions for optimal health and safety for all people.

In 2021, Pam was named Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for Blue Cross and Blue Shield North Carolina, the state's largest health insurer.  Combining her passion for social change and experience working within multiple sectors, Pam is a leading consultant and trainer on health equity principles and practice, levels of racism and bias, organizational change, community engagement, internal assessment, and coaching for equity at the individual, organizational, and policy levels.

Pam earned a Master of Public Health degree in Health Behavior and Health Education from the UNC-Chapel Hill School of Public Health in 2007.
